PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The SOLAREx Series LEL Concentration detector is a highly integrated, in-line LEL measuring instrument that allows the analyzer to continuously measure the low explosion limit of the exhaust gas from 0 to 100%LEL.

The SOLAREx flammability analyzer measures directly with flame temperature sensing (FTA) technology. The analyzer's combustion chamber contains a precisely measured flame that burns continuously at a reference temperature, and samples containing flammable gases are drawn into the analyzer's combustion chamber and burned in a hydrogen induction flame. A thermocouple located above the induction flame measures the temperature change brought about by the combustion in real time and converts the resulting temperature rise into an electrical signal proportional to the 0-100%LEL concentration of the combustible gas.

Fail-safe operation
